Info Session for Tools for Healthy Living In-Person
Presented by RIPIN, part of the Own Your Health RI Collaborative. Find out if you are interested in attending their six-week course that meets once a week for 2.5 hours. The course will teach participants how to manage symptoms and medications, communicate with family and doctors, relieve stress, eat well, exercise, and set achievable goals. Sessions will be held on May 1, 8, 15, 22 and June 5 and 12 from 10:00 a.m. -12:30 p.m. Please sign up at myespl.org.
