Yoga for Adults

Yoga for Adults In-Person

Join us for an 8 week yoga course with Pauline Genest. The classes are geared for all levels and will have plenty of options for yogis to either up-level or cool-down their practice.  The classes are a mix of many types of yoga from ashtanga, to vinyasa and each week will be sure to have a few surprises for the novice as well as the experienced yogi. Classes will concentrate on proper form and energetic alignment with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. Bring a mat, wear comfortable clothing and have a bottled water. Pauline will bring the yoga tools that are needed for each class. See you on your mat!
